Oh Kishi, what have you done....( SPOILERS )
I also don't know about Mei-chan episode 7. I don't want to review it when I'm not in the mood. When I want to do it, I will. That episode is just hard to watch again. Sadness all around, boo!!
Sorry guys, have a great week! =D
Yeah, I totally abandoned Naruto fandom...but I'll get back to you soon!! *crosses fingers*

Please, for the love of God, let me have some money left over to actually save! I hate being in debt T_T
Happy last day of February, everyone!
Random Fact: I'm looking for a job. Help.
Read at your own risk. Summaries of the first few episodes. It seems too detailed to be made up.

Of course I'll still watch Avatar but I'm feeling a bit let down. I guess I was hoping for a little less shipping. I mean, this is most likely the last season of these characters' story and I rather they not bog it down with too much romantic drama. I like these hints and nuances of romances or crushes, but it's a bit much now. I enjoyed season one immensely because you had slight tension but it was never too in your face. I love Avatar for its action and plot, but it's getting a bit melodramatic. Mind you, I haven't watched season three so all the romantic emphasis may die down.
Maybe I'm just bitter because none of this fanservice is hurled in my direction, me being a Zutara shipper. But as I rewatched season one, I liked that it wasn't so saturated with teenage angst. Well, expect the Yue thing, which kinda made me go "ugh!". The thing I love about Zutara is their implied sexual tension. I don't see any kissing with them at all, I just love how they play off one another. In fact, I don't want to see any kissing cause they're nowhere near that point; a kiss with them should be climactic. Oh well, I guess I resent the fact that the creators have really embraced this shipping thing and it's really played on everyone's psyche, including mine. I wish it was a romantically neutral show, maybe a hint here or there, but none of this kissing every scene shit. After the Sokka/Suki kiss, it seems they've really run rampant now. I'm expecting a full blown french in each episode. Please don't tell me there's a Tokka kiss in store. That's wrong on so many levels & I would think illegal on Nickelodeon.
Avatar's reminded me why I love guy flicks. All those movies that leave them with no chick issues or not so much of it in your face. Boondock Saints, Ping Pong, Gen-Y Cops, Snatch, Tom Yum Goong, and most recently Hot Fuzz bitch! Ahhh...that's what I'm talking about. Just guys and action.
I'm going to lean heavily now on shounen anime, where however much it's implied, you're just left hanging! Oh Naruto, GetBackers, FMA...
Don't get me wrong, I love chick flicks too but like the guy flicks, I'm extremely picky of them as well.
